At Bhrsa Eco-Conscious Lifestyle Pvt Ltd (“Bhrsa,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), we strive to ensure the highest level of satisfaction for our B2B, wholesale, and corporate gifting clients. This Returns, Exchanges & Refunds Policy outlines the conditions and procedures for handling returns and exchanges for orders placed with us. Please review this policy carefully before placing an order.

 

1. Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges

  • Returns or exchanges are accepted only for damaged, defective, or incorrect items delivered in bulk or corporate gifting orders.

  • Customized or personalized orders are not eligible for returns unless the items arrive damaged or defective.

  • All requests for returns or exchanges must be initiated within 1 business days of receiving the order, with relevant proof of defect sent to us on email at support@bhrsa.com within 24 hours of receiving the order.

 

2. Items Not Eligible for Returns or Exchanges

  • Products that have been used, altered, or tampered with after delivery.

  • Perishable goods, such as food items, unless they are damaged or defective upon arrival.

  • Items clearly marked as non-returnable or final sale during the ordering process.

 

3. Return and Exchange Process

  • Step 1: Initiating a Request:

    • To request a return or exchange, email us at support@bhrsa.com with your order number, a detailed description of the issue, and photos of the items.

  • Step 2: Review and Approval:

    • Our team will review your request and notify you within 3 business days if the return or exchange is approved.

  • Step 3: Returning the Item:

    • If approved, detailed instructions for returning the items will be shared with you. Returns must be shipped back in their original packaging.

 

4. Costs Associated with Returns and Exchanges

  • If the return or exchange is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect items, damaged goods), we will bear the cost of return shipping and send a replacement at no extra charge.

  • If the return or exchange is due to reasons outside our control (e.g., incorrect information provided by the client), any additional shipping or restocking fees will be borne by the client.

 

5. Refunds

  • Bhrsa is not responsible for affiliate products. For any query, report of error or refund we request user to write to specific websites or brands they purchased the products from.  Bhrsa serves as a curation platform informing you of the healthiest products for your healthy lifestyle. We are not responsible for the formulation of products, packing and shipment of the products.

  • Refunds are applicable in Bulk/ Corporate Gifting under the following circumstances: The product was damaged or defective upon delivery, The wrong product was delivered, The product was missing essential parts or accessories as mentioned on our website.

  • To be eligible for a refund, the product must a)Be unused and in its original packaging b) Be returned within 7 days from the date of delivery. C) The returned items Successfully completes inspection and approval for refund from bhrsa team.

  • Refunds will be issued via the original payment method or as store credit, depending on the client's preference.

  • Refunds will not be provided for: Products that are used, tampered with, or not in their original condition., Items marked as non-returnable or final sale, Perishable goods, custom-made products, or gift cards.

6. Refund Process

  1. Initiation: To request a refund, email us at support@bhrsa.com with your order details within 24 hours of receiving the product. Please ensure to add a brief description of the issue, and photos of the product if it is damaged or defective.

  2. Approval: Once we receive your request, our team will review it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  3. Processing: Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days and credited to your original payment method. For certain payment methods, processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

 

7. Returns for Refunds

In case a product needs to be returned for a refund, we will provide instructions for return shipping. Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., damaged or wrong product).

Post inspection in case where the error is from our team; we will initiat full reimbursement of the return shipping cost on providing us with the shipment bills. Kindly safely preserve the shipment bills for the same purpose in such scenarios.

 

8. Damaged or Defective Items

  • For damaged or defective items, please provide photographic evidence at the time of raising the request.

  • Upon approval, replacements will be shipped as quickly as possible, subject to stock availability. If a replacement is not available, a full refund will be issued.

 

9. Cancellations

  • Order cancellations are only permitted if the request is made before first payment towards the order processing is made by the client. Once the order processing is begun, cancellations or refunds are no longer permitted.

 

10. Changes to This Policy

  • Bhrsa reserves the right to update or modify this Returns and Exchanges Policy at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our platform.

  • We encourage our clients to review this policy periodically to stay informed.
